Best store that’s ever come to Chatham Kent. Hands down. Given the cost of groceries right now this is the only place you can go for affordable meat, baked goods & so much more. I’ve been able to buy crab legs all summer for about 15-20 per package. Which I’ve never seen in my life. We go here weekly from Wallaceburg for a “meat run” & it’s well worth it. Their birthday cakes are also such a great buy for $14.99. They are such amazing quality & always a huge hit with everyone. All the staff is always SO great too. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

Wonderful market style store with a great selection. The ready-made food is delicious and the bakery has a huge variety of choices. Lots of fresh produce and a good selection of meat

Very friendly and helpful staff. Washroom is clean and convenient. This would have been a five star review if it wasn't for the cool dry chicken fries that I bought at the 'Hot' counter. I stopped specifically for lunch. I have had chicken tenders, from other grocery stores that offer a hot lunch counter, and usually find them tasty and moist. I will return to the store for sure but I will not be eager to stop for lunch.

I had a plastic bag (my own) it was with a hole, I had just spent $45 in your store, asked cashier for a bag, (it was Christmas Eve Eve) and was told I had to pay .15¢, like really? Under the condition's I think giving someone a bag should have been proper, I had to go to my car, dig in my change for 15¢ to come back to pay for a bag! It will be a long time before I come back again!!!!!

A great grocer's. Not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. And in some cases the prices are in line or a little less than other area grocer's. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the place is kept CLEAN! TRY THE BAKERY! 👍

What a wonderful store. The staff is very friendly and polite. Great meat selection. Great prices. I spoke to a manager there who introduced himself to me and thanked me for being a customer. I was shocked, no competitors of theirs have service oriented staff like this. Thanks to everyone at Mercato for a wonderful shopping experience !

Day trip to Chatham today with girlfriend's to show them Mercato's. They have high end quality groceries for down to earth prices. Meat department is packed full with plenty quality cuts. The bakery look out .....as Cheesecake heaven plus many more other choices. Deli is stocked well. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. Must visit if you haven't
